Landscape with fountain

A youthful work, it already presents the themes dear to Riccesque poetics: the landscape opening bordered by a tree-lined backdrop with architecture touched by light and the Dolomites in the distance, the homage to Giorgione in the ruins corroded by time and nature, the large basin of the ancient fountain toward which the specks painted in quick touches come and go. The work is accompanied by a study by Professor Enrico Lucchese.
